There are numerous ways to lose one pound of fat in a week. These tips have withstood the test of time:

1) Forget about orange juices. Did you know that by eating a whole orange, you actually save about 40 calories?

2) In your breakfast replace bacon with Canadian bacon. You don’t see an overweight Canadian every day, now do you?

3) Throw away the whole milk and replace it with the nonfat one. Also, a good idea is to replace sugar with sugar substitutes.

4) Use mustard instead of mayonnaise. This way you will save 100 calories.

5) Try some HCG diets. Some doctors recommend hcg diet drops.

6) Stay away from fast food restaurants. Do I really have to explain why?

7) During snack time eat a fresh fruit (an apple will do just fine). There is no need to go for crackers.

8) Eat 4-5 times a day. Never skip breakfast. Frequent meals will minimize the impulse to overeat.

9) Instead of your usual soda, drink iced tea. It will save you 100-170 calories per glass.
