Workout – Small Changes to Feel Better
Are you exercising, but eating the wrong food and can’t lose weight? Let’s take a look at the inside of your fridge. Do you have the following items such as yoghourt, ice cream, ketchup, sauces, full milk, cheese, jams, biscuits, and orange juice in it? Get rid of it. You won’t lose weight, and worse, you won’t feel good from all that sugar. Start with a green tea in the morning and go for a walk. Have a sugar-free breakfast with half a fruit. Break up your meals where you have three small meals and two snacks with three hours or more in between. A snack could consist of a handful of nuts, a tablespoon of peanut butter, a plate full of carrot sticks, or a fresh fruit. Contrary to popular belief, avocado isn’t bad for you if the rest of your diet is properly made up. Do a stretching workout. Go for a long walk four or five times a week.
