Like every other player who plays the beautiful game of golf. We are all in search of ways to play better golf. We are all in search of ways to improve our game.

More often than not people overlook something as simple as mastering your putting grip. We all are guilty of trying to improve our game by trying to increase the distance of our drives, increase the distance of our fairway shots. But when it comes down to it, half of our golf shots on the course will generally be made up on the putting green.

Having a solid putting grip will allow you to control the putting stroke a lot easier. It will allow you to control the distance of the putt and the angle a lot easier than a weak putting grip. It will improve your confidence on the greens, and just like how important physical skill is, mental confidence will play a significant part in how well we improve. Confidence is a big part of golf, having that self belief to know you will make the putt is what can make or break your game. Utilising a solid putting grip should put to rest any doubts that linger in your mind about making the putt.
