You can have a lot of fun doing duct tape crafts, but duct tape is also very useful for minor medical issues. Warts can be removed by placing a small piece of duct tape over the wart and leaving it there for six days. After six days, remove the duct tape, wash and dry the wart careful and then use a nail file or pumice stone to rub off the remaining wart. You may need to repeat this process several times to see results, but it will certainly save you from having to use caustic acids to burn the warts off. In most cases, the wart will be gone under six weeks. Duct tape can also be used to protect your skin from blistering from poor fitting shoes. Simply apply a piece of duct tape to the area of the shoe that is irritating your skin and you should find relief in no time. Keeping a roll of duct tape around is always a good idea because it has so many uses!
