How to Do the Most Powerful Workout You Can

As part of my journey to find the best fat loss methods, I’m interested in doing the most effective fat burning workouts possible. I want to know what makes some workouts so effective while others are so poorly constructed.
The first step, I discovered, is to do larger exercises, those that use a lot of muscle mass. These exercises tend to burn more calories and fat.
The second step is to take these exercises and combine them into circuits. This creates a bigger calorie load and makes your entire workout harder than it could have been if you had done each exercise on its own.
The third step is to keep increasing the intensity of your workouts with greater load, less rest, and more reps to keep the challenge running high and make your body work harder.
Finally, you need to work on flexibility to make sure your muscles are still healthy and ready for all that you put on them.
