Making Real Estate Postcards for Multiple Agents
If you and your fellow agents decide to pool your marketing budgets and go for a spectacular postcard, are you doing yourselves a disservice? The quickest answer would be: yes. You see real estate postcards only work because they target such a distinct audience, a market that you have chosen based on demographics and geographical statistics. If all of the agents in your agency pool together, your budget may be bigger, but suddenly you have to target a bigger group and you may find that you are paying more simply to support those realtors who sell in bigger areas. How will you fit all of your faces onto the postcards and still leave room for an interesting message, a snappy headline and all the other things you want to put on there? It generally is not a good idea. If you do club your money and decide on marketing together, go for a billboard.
